Acceptable use
What this is for, where the humour stops, and what will get an account closed.
Last updated 1 September 2026
BanterBoost exists to mock Fantasy Premier League decisions among people who already know each other. That is a narrow thing, and the rules below keep it there.
The rule the whole product is built on
Humour targets a decision, never a person. Captaining a player who blanked is fair game. Leaving a hat-trick on the bench is fair game. Somebody’s appearance, family, job, health, beliefs, or anything protected is not, and the assistant is built so that it cannot go there: it writes only from a fixed list of facts about team selection.
If you see generated text that crosses that line, it is a defect in this product rather than a matter of taste. Report it: see the foot of this page.
What you must not do
- Harass anybody, in or out of your league, or use anything generated here as material for it.
- Share a league link with somebody it is not meant for. A link is readable by whoever holds it; that is the point of it, and it is also your responsibility.
- Try to use the assistant as a general chatbot. It refuses, and repeatedly trying to talk it out of its subject is abuse of a paid service.
- Automate requests, scrape the pages, or run scripts against this product.
- Work around the allowance by using multiple accounts, shared logins, or anything else aimed at getting more model use than was paid for.
- Attempt to reach data that is not yours, or test the security of this product without asking first.
- Attempt payment fraud or chargeback abuse.
What happens if you do
Access to the assistant can be suspended, and an account can be closed. For anything involving payment fraud or a threat to somebody’s safety, that will happen without warning.
Other people’s data
Everything about a league in here comes from the official game’s public data. Real names are shown only to people who are signed in; a stranger with the link sees team names. Do not go out of your way to work around that, and do not republish anything from here in a way that would identify somebody who has not chosen to be identified.
What you can do with what it writes
Screenshot a roast, paste it in the group chat, put it on a share card. That is what it is for. Two things it is not for: passing it off as coming from the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League, and aiming it at somebody who is not in on the joke.
Reporting something
There is not yet a support address, which is a gap and is being fixed. Until there is one, the fastest route for any problem, including text that should never have appeared, is a message to the person who built this on LinkedIn.
